The key to a successful business plan is preparing it while keeping the end reader in mind. A business plan written to raise capital is very different than a business plan being used as an operational template or for an immigration application.
A business plan is not a simple checklist of fill in the blanks. A good plan is a comprehensive look at many aspects of the business including; products & services, the industry, marketing & sales plan, financial analysis & projections, management, competition and important operating procedures.
Preparing a business plan is an evolutionary process. It is not possible to “complete” one section before starting another, as each area relies heavily on the strategies and information developed in other areas.

A business valuation is a general process of determining the economic value of a whole business or company unit. Business valuation can be used to determine the fair value of a business for a variety of reasons, including sale value, establishing partner ownership and taxation. We use a several valuation methods in each report, providing a slightly different picture of the company, rather like photographing a building from different angles. Alone or in combination, they yield an estimate of the company’s worth.
Due Diligence
A Due Diligence package presents to a potential buyer or investor the majority of materials required for them to accurately understand the nature of their acquisition or investment.
