Sullivan & Associates ltd. is a boutique consulting firm founded in 2001, dedicated to developing professional business plans and conducting business related analysis and assessment.
Matthew Sullivan is the founder of Sullivan & Associates ltd. He is a corporate finance specialist who has worked with a wide variety of well established ventures and early stage companies in operations as well as strategic and financial planning.
Matthew’s background is in business analysis – his role has ranged from business planning/implementation, in-depth market research, market analysis to operational implementation. Past roles include being eCFO for Seedups Canada; one of Canada’s first crowd funding portals, the Chief Operating Officer of a global health products company, and the CFO of Kat Gold Holdings, a publicly traded gold production and exploration company based in Ghana.
He is the Founder of Direct2Guests Services, a company that places IPTV systems on Hotel room televisions that allows interaction with the hotel guest. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Dalhousie University.
