Sullivan & Associates ltd. is a boutique consulting firm founded in 2001, dedicated to providing CFO services, developing professional business plans and conducting business related analysis and assessment.

Matthew brings over 20 years experience in corporate finance,  working with a wide variety of well established ventures and early stage companies in business plan preparation as well as strategic and financial planning. Matthew’s role has ranged from CFO duties to business planning/implementation, in-depth market research, market analysis and operational implementation. Past roles include being eCFO for Seedups Canada; one of Canada’s first crowd funding portals and the Chief Operating Officer of a global health products company. Matthew is also the former CFO of Direct2Guests Services, a business that places software on hotel guestroom televisions.  Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Dalhousie University.
